1. Subject of Services

Etkabiyoteknoloji provides specialized consulting services for funding technological projects and auditing production processes in the sustainable bio-industrial industry, as well as educational courses on attracting European funds for technical innovation and managing industrial patents.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider (EtkaBioTech) undertakes to provide the services and educational materials professionally and in accordance with the description provided.

The User/Client undertakes to provide correct and complete information necessary for the provision of services and to use the received materials for personal or internal business purposes, without redistributing or reproducing them without prior written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our consulting services and course content are provided based on the information available at the time of provision. We do not guarantee specific results in obtaining funding or the success of the client's projects. Our liability is limited to the value of the service paid for the specific case where gross negligence is proven.

4. Financial Terms and Refunds

Service prices are communicated in advance. Payment is made according to the issued invoice. Refunds are possible only for online courses, within 14 days of purchase, if the materials have not been accessed or downloaded to a significant extent. For personalized consulting services, a refund is not possible once the service has begun to be executed.

5. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services or the platform for any user who violates these terms, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

6. Modification of Terms

These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
